How do I order my Christmas cards?
You can personalise your cards using our step by step ordering process, click on the "Christmas Cards" link on our homepage and follow the instructions presented to you. Once you have completed the order process we then create your card design and send you a preview of the final product for you to approve (previews are produced as PDF files which require Acrobat Reader to view). Nothing will be printed until the design has been approved by you. Once the cards meet your approval let us know by sending us an email to info@christmasnetwork.co.uk and we will send them to the delivery address you specified.
How long will it take to get my Christmas cards?
Generally it takes between 24 - 48 hours for you to receive your order preview. Once we have received your approval of the card design you will receive your cards within 5-7 working days.
How are my cards delivered?
We use a reputable courier which provides national delivery service. A signature will be required at the point of delivery - deliveries will be between 7:30am and 5:30pm.
How much is postage & packaging?
It costs £8.50 for postage and packaging to a mainland UK address. Ireland, Northern Ireland and the local Isles cost £15.00. All other overseas destinations require an individual quote but we can deliver to most locations worldwide.
The Cards
What size are the cards?
All our cards are either 152 x 216mm or 160 x 160mm when folded, depending on the design. When you select the quantity of cards you wish to order the size of the card is displayed in millimetres.
Will envelopes be included?
Yes, all our cards are supplied with white self sealing envelopes.
Are the discount cards of the same quality as all the other cards?
Yes, all our cards are of the same high quality.
How do I qualify to receive the Shopping Vouchers?
When you spend more than £250 at any one time on our website and we will send you £10 worth of Shopping Vouchers.
When do I receive the Shopping vouchers?
Once your cards have been despatched we will send you a separate correspondence with your vouchers along with a VAT invoice. If you would like your vouchers to go to a different address than your order, just send an email quoting your order number and the address you'd like them to go to.
Approval and Printing
Is colour text available?
It is, but it will cost more - the price difference is clearly indicated during the ordering process. Colour printing is free on orders of 5000 cards or more.
Can I add my company logo to the inside of the card?
Yes we probably can. Email a copy of your company logo to artwork@christmasnetwork.co.uk and we'll evaluate your logo to determine whether it's printable. For more details regarding the file format and quality of logo you should send us email us on info@christmasnetwork.co.uk (we actually recommend a 600dpi CMYK tif or Illustrator eps file).
Will it cost more to add my company logo?
Yes it will. We charge an additional fee of £20 to add your company logo. The charge will clearly highlighted during the ordering process.
Can you add my signature to my cards?
Yes we can. We charge an additional fee of £20 to add your signature. Just email a scan of your signature to artwork@christmasnetwork.co.uk and we'll do the rest.
I've approved my order, but have now spotted a mistake - what should I do?
Email us at info@christmasnetwork.co.uk or send a website enquiry as soon as possible. We will do our upmost to stop your order before it is printed. However if the cards have already been printed, then 90% of the sale value is required to reprint the card order e.g. If your original card order cost £100 - to reprint because of a mistake would cost an extra £90, so please make sure you check your order carefully.
Supporting a Charity
How do I support a charity with my card order?
If you choose a charity 10p (ex VAT) for every card you purchase will be donated to the charity you specify. So, if you purchase 250 cards and choose Marie Curie Cancer Care during the ordering process, we will donate £25 to them. We will also print the 'Sold in Aid of' logo for your specified charity inside your cards too, so your customers, friends and family are aware of the charity you have chosen to support.
Can I support more than one Charity?
Yes you can, one step of the ordering process allows you to support all of our charities. Your 10p per card donation will be split evenly rather than going solely to one.
